Will we share the room?
No. When you book the escape room, you will be the only players in that room.
What is the age range for doing an escape room?
We have many children and teens who love the concept of escape rooms and we don’t want to disappoint them. As a result, we have designed the room that everyone can get involved. We recommend ages 10 and above with parents, and 14 and above unaccompanied.
We have never been to an escape room before – will we enjoy it?
Escape rooms are currently enjoying a huge surge in popularity across the country. As long as you’re keen to try it out and give it a go, you’ll have a good time. Even if you don’t manage to escape, you’ll enjoy the buzz and challenge of the escape room experience.
What should we wear?
Light comfortable clothing is usually best… that said, we’ve had groups dressed up to the nines before hitting the town, so anything goes!!
Can I add or remove people from my booking?
Yes you may add people to your booking so long as the number of people does not exceed the maximum capacity for the escape room which is currently 8. Each additional player will be at an additional cost. You may also remove people, subject to minimum number of 4 people.
When do we need to arrive for our escape room game?
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your escape experience but wait outside until you are collected. This will ensure that we can get you started on time.
Will people jump out on us?
The game does not include live people jumping out – our customers have been clear that they prefer this not to happen.
Are the rooms noisy?
No – there is no loud noise generated. In fact, players tend to concentrate on solving puzzles which is a quiet pursuit!
What happens if we don’t escape in time?
We deliberately leave a gap between room bookings which means that we can sometimes give you a little more time if you want it. We want our customers to leave happy and will always try and help where we can. If we are fully booked, then it may not be possible to extend the time you have in our escape rooms as we need time to re-set the rooms for subsequent customers.
Are your rooms accessible for wheelchair users
Many village halls have disabled access and therefore we expect that most of the experiences will be wheelchair friendly. Of course, people with other disabilities are always welcome.
Can we have refreshments while we are there?
We will have a selection of cold drinks and snacks if you wish to purchase them.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
