What party food choices do you offer?
With the new Covid-19 safety measures we’re implementing in our centres, food options are now limited to individual party boxes, which include:
Sandwich* or pizza
Drink, either a can, carton or a bottle of water
*Ham and cheese, other options by arrangement.
Please advise of any dietary requirements at time of booking.
Do we have to bring anything like plates or drinks?
We supply everything other than a celebration cake and party bags. So you can relax knowing we organise everything for you. Please note that currently we can’t allow candles on birthday cakes due to the risk of infection from the candles being blown out.
Can I bring in extra decorations and balloons?
Yes, we are always happy to accommodate you where we can and if you’d like to bring in any decorations, would suggest one or two banners and a small number of balloons would be best. The best way to decide is to call us on 0330 303 0888 and we can advise.
What time do we need to arrive?
Please arrive 5 minutes before your booking. Please advise your guests’ parents that we will be starting on time. But don’t worry, any latecomers can slot in as soon as they are ready. In the unlikely event the entire party is delayed due to late arrivals, we will do our best to accommodate you, however we cannot guarantee we can host your guests beyond the time slot you have booked due to the fact we may have subsequent bookings.
Will we have the party food before or after the activities?
You choose! Most people prefer to have their party food after their activities, but we are totally flexible and can organise this for you beforehand if you would prefer.
Will your staff host the party and make sure everything runs smoothly?
Yes of course! Our staff are here to make your child’s party go with a bang! They will make sure everyone is engaged and enjoying the party. Please ask them for any help you need before, during and after the day.
Can I add or remove people from my booking?
We only charge for those who attend the party, so you won’t be charged for any late notice or unforeseen cancellations. We do ask for 50% deposit to secure the booking.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
For bookings cancelled between 20 March and 31 August 2020, we are not able to offer refunds but are happy to give you a voucher entitling you to rebook your party at another time to suit you. Please note that once you have re-scheduled your party booking, we cannot offer any subsequent date amendments.
For bookings made from 1 September 2020 onwards, we are pleased to say that we can offer refunds in the event a booking needs to be cancelled; we appreciate that the ongoing restrictions around COVID-19 create uncertainty and plans may change as a result.
SHOULD OUR CENTRES HAVE TO CLOSE SHOULD LOCKDOWN MEASURES BE RE-INTRODUCED, FULL REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
