Corporate Group Event FAQs
Can we all do the same activity at the same time?
This depends on the size of your group and the set up varies from centre to centre. If corporate groups are particularly large, we rotate activities so that for instance, some people start in our escape rooms and others start in the Virtual Reality rooms, and then rotate. We advise contacting us on 0330 303 0888 to discuss what options are available to best suit your group size.
Do you have meeting rooms?
We don’t have separate meeting rooms per se, however we do have spaces that work very well for informal meetings. Again we would advise you contact us directly to discuss what you need.
What event catering do you do?
We can offer various options for your corporate event from a hot buffet including freshly baked pizza to a cold sandwich buffet. We can also arrange afternoon tea including cakes, scones and jam. Hot and cold drinks can also be arranged before, during or after your event. If you wish to head out to a local restaurant or bar after your activity, no problem.
Do you have an alcohol licence?
An alcohol licence can be organised on request.
Can we add or remove people from our booking?
Yes you can add or remove people from your corporate booking right up to 24 hours before your event is due to start. Regrettably we cannot accept any changes after this time due to staffing arrangements.
Do you do Christmas parties?
Of course! Contact us on 0330 303 0888 to discuss your requirements and we’ll get your Christmas off to a flying start!
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
We do understand that occasionally plans change. We do not offer refunds on any of our corporate event bookings but provided you can give us 24 hours notice, we will give you a voucher which will enable you to rebook your event at a more convenient time. Once you have re-scheduled your event, we cannot offer any further date changes.
